My Proactol Review

I used to be a professional dancer, so keeping in shape was a big part of my job. That all changed when I had my first son (a beautiful boy called Ben). Suddenly the weight started piling on and I just couldn't shift it. I used to have a really toned stomach but now it was just a wobbly mess.

I tried everything, from diets like the master cleanse (I was starving the whole time!) to putting in hours at the gym to no avail. My problem was that I was simply addicted to sweet things like cakes and biscuits.

One day I was searching google for diet pill reviews and I came across a review of Proactol. It claimed that by taking this diet pill every day 28% of the fat I eat would not be absorbed by my body. Just like that.

I found it too good to be true that I could keep eating my fave cakes and lose weight at the same time so I decided to delve deeper.

How does Proactol actually work?

Apparently, Proactol has a cactus extract in it that binds to fat in your stomach. You then pass out the undigested fat (I won't go into too much detail about that!). At the same time, it interacts with your stomach juices to create a sticky solution that makes you feel full.

If you are anything like me and tend to snack on fatty foods, being able to block a third of the calories from the fat you eat could make a huge difference to your weight.

Is Proactol dangerous?

I have always been a bit wary of trying diet pills because I had heard they could have nasty side effects. But after I checked out Proactol a bit more, all the reviews were saying that it doesn't have any negative side effects.

In my experience this is true. At first, I went to the toilet a bit more regularly (sorry if that's TMI!) but that soon settled down.

Would I recommend Proactol?

Absolutely yes! After struggling to lose weight for so long that 15 pounds really made a difference not only to my body but to my self-confidence. I feel confident enough to wear nice strappy summer dresses instead of covering up in baggy jumpers all the time.

I will be sticking with Proactol and hope to lose even more weight.
